Site Address: 1501 Central Parkway. The Bid Package #1 project work scope consists of earthwork, footings/foundations, and structural steel materials for the fitness area addition portion of the Community Center Reinvestment Project. The balance of the work scopes for the remainder of the project will be bid at a later date in 2024. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Bids received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
