As of September 25, 2024 project was awarded to B&D Associates, LLC,Construction Systems Inc., Timber Systems, LLC, and Veit & Company, Inc. awarded amount is $1,029,599. Community Center Reinvestment Project Bid Package 1. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed, marked City of Eagan - Community Center Reinvestment Project Bid Package #1 and the Bid Category No. being bid with attention to Chris Fleck - Parks Superintendent. Site Address: 1501 Central Parkway. The Bid Package #1 project work scope consists of earthwork, footings/foundations, and structural steel materials for the fitness area addition portion of the Community Center Reinvestment Project. The balance of the work scopes for the remainder of the project will be bid at a later date in 2024. A bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids. Bids received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
