The City of Shavano Park, Texas (sometimes the "City") is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop, construct, maintain, and operate three (3) two-sided digital billboards on City-controlled sites located along North Loop 1604 West. The selected firm(s) will be solely responsible for all costs arising from planning, permitting, installing, operating, and maintaining the digital billboards. The City of Shavano Park is a community approximately 3.3 square miles in size, and consisting of approximately 3,600 residents, located in north Bexar County along NW Military Highway between Loop 1604 and Huebner Road. The City operates under a Type A General Law City Council/Manager form of government consisting of five council members and an elected Mayor. Question Deadline 08/23/2024 at 3:00 PM CT August 30, 2024 Answers to questions posted. It is anticipated that the selection of a firm will be completed on October 28, 2024. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals received.
