Completed plans call for the addition of a museum; for the demolition of a museum; for the construction of a 2,089-square-foot, one-story above grade museum; for the renovation of a museum; and for site work for a museum.
Contract #1: General Construction Construction of a 2,089 SF wood-frame building addition to link to the existing building This project consists of the construction of a 2,089 square foot, slab on grade, single story wood frame construction building addition and link to the existing building, related site work, HVAC and Electrical improvements. Location : Located in the back of the Richmond Town Hall: Richmond Town Hall - 8690 Main St., Honeoye, NY Project has an expected duration of 365 days to achieve Substantial Completion and 425 days to achieve Project Closeout. The Honeoye-Richmond Historical Society, Ontario County, New York, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract. The Honeoye-Richmond Historical Society does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in admission or access to, or treatment or employment in, its programs and activities. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
