The City of Tulare is requesting proposals for a firm to provide groundwater well sampling, analysis, and reporting services for the City's Wastewater Treatment Facility. The start date for the contract awarded will be October 1, 2024 and will be a 3-year contract with 2 additional 1-year renewals available upon agreement by both parties. This Request for Proposals is being issued by the City of Tulare Purchasing Department. Unless otherwise directed, all communications regarding this Request for Proposals should be directed to Branlee Vath, Wastewater Plant Manager at (559) 684-3122. However, to prevent misinterpretations, the Purchasing Division would prefer that all questions be sent by email to: bvath@tulare.ca.gov. Deadline for submitting questions about this RFP is 2:00 p.m. August 29, 2024. Any revisions to the Request for Proposal will be issued and distributed as addenda. Proposers are specifically directed not to contact any other City personnel for meetings, conferences or technical discussions related to this Request for Proposal. Failure to adhere to this policy may be grounds for rejection of proposals.
