Renovation of an educational facility in Lockport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Exterior Masonry Restoration Bids will be received for the following Work: General Trades Location: Lockport High School, 250 Lincoln Avenue, Lockport, NY 14094 Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. All potential bidders must self-perform a minimum of 20% of the work. The Contractor shall provide 20% on site construction or supervision as proof of self-performance associated with the contract that they submit bids for (not including general overhead i.e. submittals, RFI and RFP paperwork, construction meetings, etc.) Doc info : Electronic download option available for a non-refundable fee of $49 made payable to Avalon. *The construction cost for this project is anticipated to be between $60,000 and $80,000* *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
