Nash County is seeking responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified registered engineers and/or other qualified responders to provide professional services to design and prepare construction documents and perform bidding services for flat roof replacement at the Nash County Administrative Building located at 120 West Washington Street in Nashville, NC. The approximately 25 year old roof is a mechanically attached EDPM roof that has reached the end of its useful life and is subject to routine leaks during wet weather events. All packets must clearly identify the contents as "Proposal - Nash County Administration Building Roof Replacement". Questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Jonathan L. Therefore, potential respondents should make their intention to submit known to Nash County in order to receive any future addenda or clarifications, and knowledge thereof is entirely the respondents' burden. For the duration of the contract, the selected firm(s) must maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits of not less than $1,000,000, Professional Liability Insurance (Errors and Omissions) with limits of not less than $1,000,000, Automobile Liability insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000, and Workers Compensation Insurance as required by the State of North Carolina.
