The District is requesting proposals to conduct a full assessment of the District's HVAC Units and provide all documentation/reporting as required by the CalSHAPE Ventilation Program as specified in this RFQ. It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to ensure that their proposal is submitted to the District by the specified due date and time. It is also the sole responsibility of the proposer to remain appraised of any amendments issued to the RFQ documents. Requests for information or Clarification (RFI/RFC) are due no later than 2:00 p.m. on August 21, 2024, in writing via email to Barbara Howard at bhoward@gusd.net. The District shall not be responsible for sending individual notifications of changes or updates to any respondents. It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to remain apprised of changes to this RFQ.
