College Township will receive bids for the COLLEGE TOWNSHIP TST AND GLG TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADES project for the following intersections: Benner Pike (SR 0150) and E. College Avenue (SR 0026) Benner Pike (SR 0150) and Nittany Mall Driveway/Walmart Driveway Benner Pike (SR 0150) and Nittany Mall Driveway/Stocker Driveway Benner Pike (SR 0150) and Shiloh Road (SR 3041/T-378) A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of College Township, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. All bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis College Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by College Township for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding the Contract. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer Question Deadline 08/24/2024
