Install Boilers with Flanged Water Connections, Instead Of Existing Unions. Demo Existing System Circulators. Replace With New Smart Variable Speed Style. Grundfos Magna3 or Equivalent. Demo Existing Boiler Controller and Wireless Outdoor Sensor. Replace With New Tekmar Smart Boiler Control 294 (4-Stage) And Wired Outdoor Sensor. Outdoor Sensor to Be Mounted At The Edge Of Combustion Air Louver On Main Floor. Wired Back to Boiler Controller. Provide New Duct to Existing Unit Heater, Extended Down into Existing Cold Air Trap. Demo Existing Expansion Tank. Replace With New Bladder Style. Provide New Industrial Air Vent on Existing Air Separator. Provide New Strainers for Both Pumps. Replace Boiler Gate Valves with Butterfly Valves. Provide Spool To Match Length. Repair Pipe Insulation and Update Identification Markings Throughout Mechanical Room. Provide Heating Water Chemical Cleaning, Purge and Replenish, And Water Treatment. Add Endotherm Heating System Additive to Hydronic System.
