General The Emmet County Road Commission is accepting sealed bids for the identification, inspection, clean out if needed, and video of all storm sewers (longitudinal & across) within the described project limits. Project Limits Emmet County Petoskey US-31 from US-131 to Mitchell St bridge Petoskey US-131 from just south of Meijer Dr to US-31 Bayview US-31 from Lakeview Ave to Division St Harbor Springs M-119 from Hoyt St to State St Oden/Conway US-31 from Graham Rd to Indiana Road Pellston US-31 from Mill St to State St (3 blocks) Charlevoix County East Jordan M-32 and M-66 Boyne City M-75 PDF copies of road plans are available for informational purposes. Please contact the Road Commission with an email address to have copies emailed. Project Start: 10 days after contracts are executed and final approval from MDOT. Project Completion: December 20, 2024 The Emmet County Road Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids based on what is in the best interest of Emmet County.
