The City of Terrell applied for and was awarded a Fiscal Year Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) Grant from the U.S. Department of Transportation to complete a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan for the City. Statements of Qualifications are sought for qualified professional transportation planning and engineering firms, teams, individuals to partner with the City to develop the Safety Action Plan. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive any informality in submittals received, deemed to be in the best interest of the City. No officer or employee of the City of Terrell shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the City of Terrell. Any questions concerning the RFQ shall be directed to the Downtown Project Manager in writing. All written inquiries should be submitted by email to rsmith@cityofterrell.org. Reference the section and page in question. Deadline for questions from is 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 6, 2024. BID SECURITY: a bid security is not required. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
