Nobles County Administration is seeking quotes for the replacement of four (4) Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) units with monitoring/controlling hardware and software for the Nobles County Public Works building located at 960 Diagonal Road, Worthington, MN 56187. Contractor inspections can be arranged by contacting Nobles County Administration at 507-295-5201. The listing of items to replace or include are found below: 1. 1 x 7.5 Ton HVAC Unit 2. 2 x 6 Ton HVAC Units 3. 1 x 4 Ton HVAC Uni 3. A BACnet Web-Based Monitor and Control System or coordinate and subcontract system connection with the County's existing monitoring and control contractor (NAC Mechanical and Control Services) The following items are to be accomplished by selected contractor as part of this project: HVAC Units Installation: 1.Supply labor and materials for the provision and installation of all aforementioned rooftop units complete with gas heat, DX cooling and economizer controls; 2. Labor and materials to remove the existing rooftop units and set the new units in place; 3. Provision and installation of a curb adapter for the new rooftop units; 4. Crane costs to remove the old rooftop units and set the new units in place; 5. Disposal of the existing rooftop units; 6. Electrical disconnection and reconnection of the rooftop units (contractor to verify voltage); 7.Final inspection and test of replaced rooftop units to ensure all units are operating correctly; and Web-Based Control System - Installation and Connection of the System and System Components: 1.Labor and materials (provided or subcontracted) for the provision and installation of a new web-based controller, with the new system being accessible from any computer with a standard web browser; 2.Provision and installation of new electronic BACnet controllers that will monitor and control the installed rooftop units and the boiler system; 3. Program and final inspection of the new controllers and points into the new web-based system; 4. Complete system graphics for operator interface of the controllers and points; 5. Onsite training on the new controller system and controllers; and 6. Electronic low voltage wiring of BACnet communication trunk between the rooftop controllers and the new web-based controller; and 7.Ensuring the web-based system and controls will allow alarms to be emailed to the Nobles County Maintenance Staff County Rights and Responsibilities: Nobles County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any and all informalities therein and to accept any proposal deemed to be the best value to the county. Staff will be made available to answer questions and offer information. A final invoice will be paid within 30 days of submission from the accepted contractor.
