Project estimate is merely $250,000.00. Nobles County Government Center Carrier Chiller Replacement 315 10th Street, Worthington, MN 56187 The following are some parameters of this project: Provide a new Daiken Model Number AGZ, air-cooled scroll chiller 150 Net Tons of cooling capacity with 30% glycol solution R32 design with (4) scroll compressors on dual independent refrigeration circuits (2 per circuit) Aluminum micro-channel condenser coils with factory installed hail guards 460/60/3 electrical with single point power, factory disconnect and compressor circuit breakers 65kA SCCR rating Microteach III controls with BACnet interface (NAC can be subcontracted to provide this line item Contact Tim Harris from SVL @ 651-481-8000 for pricing) Low sound condenser fan and compressor wrap package Flow switch (factory mounted and wired) 1-year parts and labor warranty coverage including refrigerant on entire unit 115-volt convenience outlet Spring vibration isolator kit Start-up and first year labor warranty Nobles County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any and all informalities therein and to accept any proposals deemed to be the best value to Nobles County. Staff will be made available to answer questions and offer information. A final invoice will be paid within 30 days of project completion and submission from the awarded contractor.v
