Treasury Department List, as an Approved Surety Company) in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay All Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond or Bonds, Workers Compensation and Vehicle Liability. The Bonds Shall Be From a Company Which is on the U. S. Treasury Department List. The Housing Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bidding.
