Renovation of an educational facility in Walford Station, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Tender includes: - Removal and replacement of 24 windows to a high-efficiency model. - Supply and installation of five (5) - high R-value, push-button, power-assisted doors. - Forming, pouring and installation of one (1) accessibility ramps and railings. - Supply and installation of HVAC System upgrades. - Remove, supply and replace fourteen (14) old water faucet fixtures in all washrooms with upgraded water-efficient, sensor activated fixtures. - Remove and replace AHU-01 with HRV-01A, including new controls and installation of a new electric Pre-heat and post-heat coils. - Remove and replace the time clock controls with new digital time clock controller 7 days programmable timer for AHU-2, HRV-2 AND HRV-3. - Contractor to perform air balancing throughout the space ensuring proper ventilation and air circulation. - Remove and replace the existing power assisted door operator for Northeast vestibule door (Vest.004). - Provide new power assisted door operator for main vestibule (Vest.001). - Remove and replace the electric heating coils associated with AHU-01.
