The Township of Old Bridge is seeking proposals for the Startup, Shutdown, Maintenance & Inspection of the Compressors System at the John Piccolo Ice Arena. Responsible for performing the startup of system. Open all valves, tighten all belts, lubricate all motors, clean out condenser tank, clean out nozzles, check for leaks, change filter (if needed), grease fan shaft bearings, startup compressors and make sure working properly. Billed by number of hours laborer is performed and materials used.
