Location of Work: NAS Patuxent River, MD Description of the Work: Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to demolish a total of nine (9) Buildings and structures. Bachelor Enlisted Quarters B492, B1451, B1452, B1453, B1454, and B1455, Mailbox Pavilion 2415 and Pavilion 2166, 1869 facilities totaling 162,000 SF. Work to include abatement of building materials containing lead and asbestos, removal of the concrete foundation slab, and demolition of all utility service laterals to their points of connection. Site restoration includes backfill, compaction, and regrading seed and straw. Estimated Budget Amount: $15 Million Wage Determination: Department of Labor (DoL) General Decision Number MD20240055 06/14/2024 applies to this work. Should this wage determination be modified by DoL prior to award, the most current wage determination will be incorporated at the time of award. Proposal Acceptance Period: 120 days from receipt of offers. Time for Completion: 310 calendar days after award.
