Site work for a residential development in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.

A. The Work of the Contract consists of 1. Install new vinyl fencing and plantings. 2. Materials - Vinyl fence sections with concrete footings, and arborvitae plantings. 3. Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the specifications unless specifically indicated not to be done. 4. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 5. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. B. Execution of Work: Work to be performed in timely and workmanlike fashion. Site must be cleaned up daily with access needed for overnight. C. Warranties/Guaranties: All installed fencing must be free of any abnormalities, and all planting material shall be guaranteed for a period of 1 (one) year. The Project consists of: Installing vinyl privacy fences and new plantings at various areas on site. PROJECT ADDRESS Flag Rock Village Bernard Gibbons Drive Great Barrington, MA 01230 Estimated Cost $23,180. Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
