Ramsdell Library Building Project Request for Proposals Owner's Project Manager The Town of Great Barrington through the Procurement Department seeks services of a qualified "Owner's Project Manager" as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149 Section 44A 1/2 to provide project management services for the "Planning and Design" phase of the renovation of the Ramsdell Library. The Library Building Program, completed in May of 2024 will guide all aspects of the project. This grant will provide funding for obtaining Owner's Project Manager and Architect, planning, design and engineering studies, bidding for construction, in line with requirements for the MBLC Construction Grant. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
