Demolition and site work for a residential development in Henry, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

The contractor will be required to comply with the Illinois Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Law. The contractor shall transport all friable asbestos containing material (RACM) and nonfriable asbestos containing materials (ACM), according to the asbestos inspection report, to an approved disposal site. The work will be known as Location 1 and Location 2 and consists of the complete removal and disposal of a residential structure and trees. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. The project consists ofthe removal and disposal of a partial asbestos residential structure located at: 1307 Second Street, Henry, IL .The removal ofthe residential structure described shall include any garages, sheds, trees, driveways alongwith any sidewalkslocated on the property. Foundations shall be taken down two (2) feet below ground level. The tree that is located on the west side ofthe house on the back corner ofthe lot will not be included in this demolition project The project consists ofthe removal and disposal of a partial asbestos residential structure located at:1008 Third Street, Henry, IL The removal ofthe residential structure described shall include any garages, sheds, trees, driveways alongwith any sidewalks located on the property. The tree that is located on the back side ofthe lot back ofthe lot (Tuliptree, +/-36" diameter) will be the only tree included in this demolition project. The two trees on the westside will remain standing. Foundations shall be taken down two (2) feet below ground level. The properties may be inspected between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday with prior arrangements with the City.
