Marblehead Municipal Light Department Building Envelope Repairs. General Bidders must be certified by DCAMM in Masonry. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Question Deadline 08/28/2024 at 12:00 PM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of but not limited to: Repair to roof membrane and standing seam metal roof. Remove and replace deteriorated sealant around penetration in masonry wall. Install through-wall flashing in masonry wall. Seal gap between flashing and roof membrane. Remove and replace sealants around equipment penetrations. Remove and replace portion of masonry. Replace masonry lintel above windows. Replace and modify existing gutters and downspouts.
