The City of Savannah Municipal Archives seeks professional conservators, independent or collaborative, and firms for a Prequalified Art Conservator Resource List (Conservator List) to provide maintenance and conservation services for artworks in the City of Savannah Municipal Archives collections. This Request for Qualifications will establish a Resource List that will be used to invite selected art conservators to bid on specific conservation projects on an as-needed basis. That the failure of this Company to satisfactorily discharge any of the promises of nondiscrimination as made and set forth herein shall constitute a material breach of contract entitling the City of Savannah to declare the contract in default and to exercise any and all applicable rights and remedies including but not limited to cancellation of the contract, termination of the contract, suspension and debarment from future contracting opportunities, and withholding and or forfeiture of compensation due and owing on a contract. The Conservator List will consist of art conservators exhibiting a diverse range of experience within their trade and conservators who are able to manage projects within a large range of budgets, project types, and constituencies
