Renovation of a museum in Oswego, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The Oswegoland Park District will receive sealed bids for the 2024 Museum Roof and Gutter Replacement. Contractors must have experience in this type and size of work for a minimum of five years and will be required to furnish references and examples of projects. Bid security and performance bonds will be required. Contractors will be required to comply with equal employment opportunities and the Illinois Department of Labor prevailing wage rates for Kendall County. All addendums and other communication with bidders shall be issued through the Vesco Planroom. The Oswegoland Park District is not responsible for communications received or not received through any other source. The Oswegoland Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
