Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Oswego, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
As of February 12, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on February 20th, 2025. The Oswegoland Park District will receive sealed bids for the 2025 Civic Center & Concession Building Mansard Roof Shingle Replacements. Contractors must have experience in this type and size of work for a minimum of five years and will be required to furnish references and examples of projects. Bid security and performance bonds will be required. Contractors will be required to comply with equal employment opportunities and the Illinois Department of Labor prevailing wage rates for Kendall County. The Oswegoland Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
