This Project may be WIFIA Funded;Various Federal Regulations apply. Question Deadline 12/24/2024 at 5:00 PM CT All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail to Madeleine Upham at mupham@oswegoil.org before the date stated above. The bidder shall at all times observe and conform to all laws, ordinances, and regulations of the Federal, State, and Village which may in any manner affect the preparation of bids or the performance of the contract. The project consists of installing improvements that will convert the existing Forest Avenue Pressure Reducing Station into a Booster Station. The work includes removing existing pressure reducing valves, piping, fittings, and electrical equipment ancillary in the existing vault and installing new piping, valves, fittings, 20 hp booster pump, new flow meter in new vault, new underground piping and fittings, new aboveground control cabinet, new 3 phase electrical service, and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete the work. Bidder agrees the Work will be substantially completed within 150 calendar days after the Contract Time commences to run and completed and ready for final payment within 180 calendar days after the Contract Time commences to run.
