It is the Town of Queen Creek's intent to enter into a preconstruction services and construction services contract with a qualified construction manager/general contractor to construct CIP Project Number A1005 - Crismon Road Widening - Riggs Rd to Cloud Rd, in two separate phases. Question Deadline 09/10/2024 at 5:00 PM MT Any question related to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) shall be via the Town of Queen Creek e-Procurement Portal online. Phase 2 Will Include Constructing the Western Half Street of Crismon Rd., Approximately One-quarter Mile From the Existing Roundabout, Northerly to Cloud Road. The Proposed Alignment Will Impact an Existing Irrigation Ditch and Cross the Easement of the United States Bureau of Reclamation's (USBOR). The Irrigation Ditch is Operated by the Queen Creek Irrigation District (QCID). Phase 3 Will Include the Construction of a New Roundabout at Crismon and Cloud Roads. The Contractor Will Be Expected to Construct the Roundabout While Minimally Impacting Local Traffic as It Abuts to an Existing Subdivision, Town Owned Water Facilities, Agricultural Fields and Local Collector Traffic Along Cloud Road and the North Leg of Crismon Road, North of Cloud Road. The construction of the roundabout will also be affected by the QCID in conjunction with Phase 2. All final construction contracts that may arise from this solicitation will be guaranteed maximum price ("GMP") contracts.
