As needed service contract. The services included in this project comprise the furnishing of all labor, materials (excluding product), equipment, fixtures and services, required for traffic control, crack sealing, and quality control, and all other aspects, as specified in these specifications for the Annual Contract for CRACK SEALING in Yavapai County. Question Deadline 08/19/2024 All inquiries from bidders shall be sent in writing to Yavapai County via fax, email, or carrier service prior to 72 hours of the scheduled bid opening. No inquiries will be accepted after this time. Contract Length. This call for bids is for awarding fixed price contract(s) to cover a one (1) year period. Option To Extend. The County may at their option and with the approval of the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors and the vendor(s), extend the period of this contract up to a maximum of one (1) year. The vendor(s) shall be notified by Contract Administration of the County's intention to extend the contract period prior to the expiration of the original contract period. The Board of Supervisors of Yavapai County reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive formalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of Yavapai County.
