The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified Contractors for the Provision of Sanitary Sewer Flow Monitoring and Maintenance Services on a Multi-Year Contract for the Department of Water Resources. Proposals are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. One (1) unbound original (designated as the original) and five (5) bound copies of your proposal should be submitted. In addition to the copies listed above one (1) original Proposal Fee Schedule should be submitted in a separately sealed envelope and should NOT be included in the original proposal or proposal copies submitted. Successful Contractor will be required to meet insurance requirements. The Insurance Company should be authorized to do business in Georgia by the Georgia Insurance Department and must have an A.M. Best rating of A-5 or higher. Gwinnett County does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission or access to its programs or activities.
