America Avenue Drainage Improvements The City shall reserve the right to reject any or all proposals not in the best interest of the City. Question Deadline 08/30/2024 The project is located in the City of Jacksonville Beach and consists of the following general improvements: Drainage improvements along America Avenue from Jacksonville Drive to Republic Drive and along Republic Drive for approximately 180 feet west of America Avenue. The improvements include installing stormwater piping, inlets, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks and driveways, storm water force main, and sanitary sewer piping. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings. Contractor shall be responsible for properly unloading, storing, installing, and maintaining all materials and equipment. The Contractor shall perform the Work complete, in place, and ready for continuous service, and shall include repairs, sewer bypass operations, testing, permits, cleanup, and replacements and restoration required as a result of damages caused during this construction.
