Lift Station #5 Rehabilitation and Site Upgrades The project is located at the City of Jacksonville Beach and consists of improvements at one City lift station. Lift Station 5 (LS-5) Site is located on the south side of 37th Avenue in Jacksonville Beach (60 37th Avenue South).The scope of work includes rehabilitation of the existing duplex lift station including temporary bypassing operations, equipment and structure demolition, installation of new pumps, 6-inch piping, valves and other ancillary equipment, pump control panel, site light, installation of new hose bibb station, installation of a wet well specialty coating system per manufacture recommendations as necessary, relocation of existing generator fuel tank and piping with new concrete slab, new fencing and restoration. Question Deadline 10/18/2024 No verbal interpretations will be made of any bid documents. Requestsforsuch interpretationsshall be made in writing via email to Purchasing@jaxbchfl.net The City shall reserve the right to reject any or all proposals not in the best interest of the City.
