Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in San Carlos, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

A Class A, Contractor's License is required for this work. Work will be done and payments will be made in accordance with provisions more particularly described in the plans and specifications. The scope of work generally includes mobilization, water pollution control, dust prevention and control, site cleanup, removing trees and stumps, pruning trees, removing and replacing asphalt concrete, widening asphalt concrete path, removing and replacing curb and gutter, installing new storm drain pipe and inlet, installing timber soldier pile retaining walls, installing aggregate base, and all other work as shown on the Plans and as called for in the Technical Provisions and as directed by the Engineer. Bids are required for the entire work described herein in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The Engineer's Estimate is between $800,000 and $900,000.
