Successful Bidders shall be required to comply with all laws pertaining to minimum wage and discrimination of persons. Minimum rates of pay to all laborers and mechanics on the project must not be less than as provided in the Wage Rate Schedule, and wage provisions must particularly comply with all other applicable wage laws of the State of Texas. The work covered by the Contract Documents includes the following: Construction of Park Vista Park Culvert Extension in the City of Watauga, Texas, together with the necessary appertaining work. Question Deadline 08/30/2024 at 5:00 PM CT The deadline to ask questions. Estimate: $655,000 240 LF Double 5'x5' concrete box culvert with headwall and appertaining work. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to increase or decrease or omit any item or items and/or award to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
