Provide Utility Locating Services for The Greater Peoria Sanitary and Sewage Disposal District (GPSD or District) as outlined the RFP. Utility Locating Services shall consist of all JULIE (Illinois One Call System) Related Services, including changes becoming effective on January 1, 2025, on behalf of GPSD, for GPSD's underground utilities. Initial Contract term shall be from November 1, 2024 through April 30, 2026. JULIE-Related Services The Contractor shall be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to perform and complete the utility screening, dispatching, and locating services in response to the JULIE One-Call system. The Contractor shall provide these services continuously, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year and within the timelines required by JULIE. The Contractor shall receive and screen all JULIE One-Call Tickets for GPSD's underground utilities and determine whether or not a conflict exists. If the Contractor determines that a conflict exists, the Contractor shall schedule, perform, and complete all required on-site utility locating services, in accordance with JULIE requirements. The Contractor shall also perform and complete all screening and locating work within the time frames established by JULIE and pursuant to JULIE regulations. The Contractor shall assign a representative to coordinate Contract activities with GPSD and to serve as the principal liaison between GPSD and the Contractor. The Contractor's assigned representative shall attend all JULIE Joint Meetings on behalf of GPSD that are associated with projects impacting GPSD's underground utilities. GPSD has received the following JULIE ticket volume: Calendar Year 2022 Total Tickets: 21,385 After Hour Tickets: 376 (Holidays, Weekends, & Weekdays between 5:00pm and 7:00am) Calendar Year 2023 Total Tickets: 20,245 After Hour Tickets: 382 (Holidays, Weekends, & Weekdays between 5:00pm and 7:00am) Calendar Year 2024 (January 1st - July 31st) Total Tickets: 11,071 After Hour Tickets: 235 (Holidays, Weekends, & Weekdays between 5:00pm and 7:00am) Location Details Site Address: 2322 S Darst Street, Peoria, IL 61611 City: Peoria County: Peoria State/Province: IL
