Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The District is seeking proposals for the conversion of two elementary classrooms into life skills studio learning labs for adult students with special needs. The location for this project is 810 West 6th St., Community Connections @ Pinckney building, Lawrence, KS 66044. The purpose of this document is to solicit bids from interested parties with the necessary information and specifications for the conversion of two elementary kindergarten classrooms into student adult learning labs. The intent is for the District to enter into a contract with the successful bidder. Direct all questions to Paula Murrish at pmurrish@usd497.org Deadline for district to receive IFB questions: Wednesday, August 28, 2024, 4:00 PM (CST) Answers/Addendum Due: Friday, August 30, 2024, 3:00 PM (CST) Unless stated otherwise, all orders placed are non-refundable. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies. Contract Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges. Please note: Download file release is not automated. CONTRACT TIME: The undersigned further agrees that, if awarded the Contract, that the Work will commence, and be Substantially Complete no later than June 15, 2025, commencing from the date of written Notice to Proceed.
