Site work and paving for a civil project in Knoxville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Intersection Improvements at N. Campbell Station Road and Fretz Road The Project consists of grading, drainage, base, pavement, pavement markings and utilities for the proposed intersection improvements. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or by a Bidder's Bond executed by the Bidder and a surety company licensed to do business in Tennessee in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. The successful Bidder will be required to execute an acceptable performance and payment bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price within thirty (30) calendar days of contract award notice.
