Site work for a water / sewer project in Clemson, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The replacement and rehabilitation of approximately 2500 LF of 8" sewer through various means including direct replacement, pipe bursting, pipe lining and boring. The project also includes the replacement or rehabilitation of 14 sanitary sewer manholes. This project is to be bid as 2024 Sanitary Sewer Replacement and consists of: The replacement of approximately 1848 LF of 8" PVC sanitary sewer line, the rehabilitation of approximately 657 linear feet of 8" PVC sanitary sewer line, the replacement or installation of 14 sanitary sewer manholes, the rehabilitation of 4 sanitary sewer manholes, 177 feet of directional pipe boring, 685(or 1292 Alt) linear feet of 8" HDPE pipe bursting and 290 linear feet of associated asphalt pavement repair and related work. Question Deadline 09/06/2024 Last Day for questions will be and all questions will be answered and sent anonymously to all plan holders by September 10th, 2024. The City of Clemson is replacing 3367 LF of sanitary sewer due to age. The successful low bidder will be expected to begin work within 10 days following the date of the Notice to Proceed.
