The City of Beaverton is looking to receive quotes for an upcoming crack seal project. This work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the preparation and application of polymer modified asphalt-rubber sealant to repair and reseal cracks in flexible pavements at locations designated by the Project Manager. The project will involve the crack sealing of roughly 55,000 LF of cracks along residential roadways in Beaverton. The work will need to be completed prior to July 1st, 2025. The project cost is approximately between $65,000 and $85,000 The City will not receive or consider a Bid unless the Bidder is duly licensed by the Construction Contractors Board or the State Landscape Contractors Board. The City may reject a Bid that does not comply with all of City's requirements in the Solicitation Document or with prescribed public contracting procedures and requirements, including the requirement that the Bidder demonstrates the Bidder's responsibility under ORS 279C.372(3)(b). The City may also reject for good cause all Bids after finding that doing so is in the public interest.
