Reference Number 0000276576 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/09/03 03:00:00 PM EDT This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) is an invitation to prospective qualified Proponents to present prequalification submissions so that the University may establish five (5) VOR Arrangements for the following categories of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Consulting Services which are further defined in Exhibit 4 - Detailed Scope of Services and Expectations: A. Fit-ups, Upgrades, Rehabilitations B. Laboratories and Research Spaces C1. Campus District Services/Power Plant and Tunnel (Mechanical) C2. Campus District Services/Power Plant and Tunnel (Electrical) C3. Campus District Services/Power Plant and Tunnel (Mechanical and Electrical) Proponents may apply to more than one Category, but to do so, must complete certain parts of the Technical Rated Criteria for each Category for which they wish to be considered. Refer to Section 3 (RFSQ Submission Contents) for further details. For clarity, Proponents are to tailor their responses as it pertains to the specific Category (Categories) they are applying to. The University has an estimated yearly construction budget of $30,000,000. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
