Question Deadline Sep 12, 2024 The items of work under D040465 include, but are not necessarily limited to the following: The project consists of the total replacement of the existing crossing of Youngs Road over Little River in the Town of Fine with a new bridge and the reconstruction of the adjacent roadway sections. The proposed bridge will consist of a single span, multiple prestressed concrete beams with a composite concrete deck system. The superstructure will be supported on cast-in-place concrete abutments founded upon driven steel H-piles. Approximately 315 linear feet of the approach highway will be reconstructed as part of the project. The work on the approaches includes full depth reconstruction and guide rail installation. Since Youngs Road has no outlet, traffic will be maintained on-site with the installation of a temporary detour structure and approaches, required to facilitate the construction of the new structure while maintaining traffic along Youngs Road.
