Site work for a mixed-use development in South Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby requesting qualified contractors to submit competitive bids to complete the Phipps Ocean Park Beach Nourishment Project. The Project Consists of the Construction of an Approximately 750,000 Cubic Yard Beach Nourishment Project Utilizing a Nearshore Borrow Source. Sand Will Be Excavated and Placed Hydraulically. Means and Method of Construction is at the Discretion of the Contractor. Cutter Suction Head Dredges and/or Hopper Dredges May Be Utilized. Material Shall Be Screened at the Beach to Remove Incidental Rock Material.
