The Designer may be requested to assist in providing a detailed scope of work to include due diligence specifically related to the project site. This due diligence shall require but not be limited to the following 1. Boundary, Topographical & Utility Site Survey 2. Tree Density Survey 3. Preliminary Geotechnical Report 4. Primary Geotechnical Exploration Report 5. Phase 1/ Environmental Assessment Study 6. Traffic Impact Study 7. Historical & Archeological Property Survey 8. Protected Species Assessment 9. Wetland Delineation, Assessment, & Consultation The Architect shall meet with representatives from the Department of Design & Construction to review and confirm the general goals, scope components, constraints and requirements of the project as set forth in the initial pre-design documents.
