The project consists, in part, of the following: o Procure and construct approximately 17,350 linear feet of 36-inch gravity interceptor pipe and all associated 28 manholes. o Construct a 12.5-foot by 10.5-foot junction box and slide gate. o Subgrade improvements for pipe bedding and manholes as indicated or as required by site conditions. o Construction of and upgrading of permanent access paths. o Restoration of all agricultural fields, stream banks, and wetland areas impacted by construction as indicated by Contract Documents. Little Blue Valley Sewer District Hereby Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids/proposals and to Waive Irregularities Therein. Bidders/respondents Agree Rejection or Waiver is Without Liability by the District for Claims or Damages Because of Rejection or Waiver, and to Seek No Recourse Against the District Therefore. Tie-in of 36-inch interceptor to existing 6-foot manhole. Construction of meter vault that includes reinforced base slab that is approximately 17- foot by 11-foot and installation of a prefabricated Parshall flume meter structure. Site restoration, repair and installation of fencing and gates, as needed or shown on the Contract Documents. Construction of and upgrading of permanent access paths. Traffic control as required by Contract Documents and/or by local authorities. Restoration of all agricultural fields and wetland areas impacted by construction as indicated by Contract Documents. Protection of existing utilities as required by their respective Owners. All work under the Bidding Documents not included in the above description.
