Remodeling of a municipal facility in Cheboygan, Michigan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The project was awarded to the following: Windows- Straits Area Glass Drywall- Matt Barber Carpeting- Cheboygan Carpet Paneling- Power Construction Group Hydronic- Heater System- John E. Company Panneling: Supply, install new paneling, for the remodel of the Circuit Court Room within the County Building located at 870 South Main St., Cheboygan, MI 49721. Cheboygan County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or any portion of a proposal in the best interest of the County. Questions concerning this RFP should be directed to County Administrator Jeffery B. Lawson, at 231-627-8855. Complete demolition of existing furring strips only. EXISTING PANELING TO REMAIN with new paneling installed over. Supply and installation of all paneling, materials and supplies as indicated on plan sheets CS-01, A-100, A-101, A-600, A-601 and schedules (Disregard plan sheet instruction on CS-01 to demo existing paneling). Contractor to provide all labor needed and to confirm all needed materials and supplies. Work timing is subject to coordination with County and must be coordinated with other trades.
