Renovation of an educational facility in Gurnee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
It is the intent of the College of Lake County (CLC) to perform all demolition and rework necessary to install new work including by not limited to, remove abandoned electrical, installation of cord reels, contractor to verify and confirm in writing Electrical characteristics of each piece of Equipment provided by owner and provided by other Trades prior to installation of outlet/wire and hookup of the Owner provided electrical equipment as listed in the documents as identified herein. Question Deadline 08/27/2024 at 4:00 PM CT Submit questions via email to: bids@clcillinois.edu. Contractors interested in bidding this work are urged to attend the pre-bid conference. Attendance at this meeting is not mandatory; however, contractors are warned that no allowance will be granted to bidders unfamiliar with the work.
