The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-call pipe repair and related maintenance services throughout the City of Thousand Oaks. Question Submission Deadline:August 27, 2024, 3:00pm All Questions submitted via City's eProcurement Portal. Proposals will not be opened publicly, and the City will endeavor to keep such confidential until a preferred service provider is recommended. Proposals must be submitted by Proposer's authorized representative. These services are typically unplanned or considered emergency work for which staff is either not available, or which requires specialized equipment, skill, and/or knowledge of a general contractor. Specific services will be delineated in each issued Task Order. Services may include water distribution maintenance services, wastewater collection system/treatment plant maintenance services, street/storm drain maintenance services, and/or irrigation pipeline and maintenance services, as detailed in Section 4 below. The agreements will expire on December 30, 2027.
