Site work for a mixed-use development in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The work will generally consist of cleaning and repointing of exterior masonry, repairing stone work on existing ADA ramp, resealing gaps in North steps with an alternate to patch some existing stone. Please pay close attention to State Prevailing Wage Determination and OSHA Safety Training requirement per R.S.Mo 292.675 The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
