Prevailing wage rates apply to this project. Chip seal several roads within the Township. Stone House Rd., Old Rd., First St., Second St., Third St., Elizabeth St., High School Rd., Atco Rd., Edward Rd., Plank Rd., Main Av. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: As indicated below and in attachments 1-A and 1-B Contractor is to place a Single Bituminous Seal Coat using a Polymer Modified Emulsion, CRS-2PM (E 3M) or RS-2PM (E-2M) and #8 Stone with a 1.0% Loss by Wash followed by a Bituminous Fog Seal as per current PennDOT 408 Specifications/Section 472. All material to be complete in place in conformance with current PENNDOT Pub.408, Specifications. Project No.: 2024 Sealcoat
