Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project is located at Lions Lake Park in North Lebanon Township, Lebanon County, PA. The project includes, but is not limited to, implementation of various shoreline stabilization methods at the Lake, involving planting of live cuttings and riparian plantings, construction of rock revetments and installation of geotextile. As part of the work at the lake, the project also involves removal of an island area and of a concrete diving pier. Work at the park involves removal of existing playground equipment, installation of new playground equipment, replacement of fencing and backstops at softball field, paving of existing stone parking lots and ADA accessible paths and repairs and overlay of an existing paved lot as more fully described in the Contract Documents. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply for bids more than $25,000. North Lebanon Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion.
