Renovation of a residential development in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon will receive sealed bids for the replacement of approximately 530 squares of shingles on 66 townhomes located at the Authority's Gloninger Meadows and Cedar Court townhome developments in North Cornwall and South Lebanon Township, PA. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid is required with all bids in the form of a certified check or bank draft, payable to the Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon, U.S. Government Bonds, or a bid bond executed by the bidder and security company in the form as enclosed with the bid documents. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds. Questions referring to this bid shall be directed to Bryan Hoffman, Executive Director @ 717- 274-1401, ext. 106 or by email at bhoffman@lcha.com. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity and payment of not less than the prevailing salaries and wages as set forth in the specifications. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon. The Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding for up to sixty (60) days.
